One can do a lot with puff pastry, but this by far is my favorite way to use puff pastry. My recipe is very simple, all I did was marinate the asparagus spears with coconut oil, salt, and lemon pepper. Then let it sit for 5 mins and wrap it in puff pastry and bake it.

Ingredients

1 bunch of asparagus spears

2 tsp of coconut oil

Salt to taste

1 tsp lemon pepper

1 sheet of phyllo dough

3 tsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a sheet pan with greased foil paper and set aside.

2 Season the asparagus with coconut oil, salt, lemon pepper. Keep aside for 5 mins.

3 Unroll the puff pastry and using a pizza cutter, cut 20 strands.

4 Wrap the asparagus with the puff pastry and lay it on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese.

5 Bake at 400 F for 20 mins until golden brown. Serve immediately.
