Normally, a soufflé is a French dessert that is rich, creamy, and is made with eggs but, this version is egg free and a quick whip. You will get the same airy and light texture without using eggs.
Gelatin powder, in this soufflé does the magical trick in bringing out its airy texture.
2 cups of Mango puree or 1 can of Mango Pulp
½ cup sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 packets of unflavored gelatin or 2 tbsp of gelatin.
½ cup of water
1 8oz. Cool whip or Whipping cream
Fresh mango to decorate
1 Blend sugar, cream cheese, and mango pulp till well mixed.
2 Meanwhile dissolve the gelatin in ½ cup of water. Add the gelatin to the mango cream cheese mix and blend for a minute.
3 Remove the contents in a bowl and fold in the cool whip or whip the heavy cream if you are using heavy cream and fold it in.
Pour the mix in either individual serving bowls or and serving dish and decorate with fresh mangos
